We each have the ability to become modern-day super heroes. Instead of wearing masks and capes, I believe we must shed our armor in an effort to truly recognize and honor our extraordinary selves.
To do this, we can use the simple (but not always easy) practice of mindfulness, conscious breathing, meditation, yoga poses and self care. The benefits of these practices transmute naturally to our relationships, community, and universal understanding.
I’m Jamie Harris and I’m here to serve as your humble guide as you endeavor to expand your physical, mental and spiritual awareness. Like many before me, I come from an athletic background and I found yoga after an injury. As my practice developed, I began to infuse the philosophies of Anusara, Iyengar and Budokon Yoga into my work as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and student.
